🔄 Neshcart – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Neshcart, we believe shopping should be worry-free. That’s why we offer a simple and easy 15-day return, refund, and cancellation policy.
⏳ Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or cancellation.

Example: If you receive your order on 1st August 2025, you have until 15th August 2025 to raise a request.

Orders can also be cancelled at the time of delivery if you decide not to accept them.
✅ Eligible Returns
We gladly accept returns if the product is:

Damaged or defective

Incorrect item received

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement for Returns/Refunds

Customers must provide an unboxing video of the product:

Starting from showing the outer courier package with our official Neshcart security sticker clearly visible.

The video must show the full opening process without cuts/edits.

The product must be shown being taken out for the first time.

No external taping or tampering will be accepted. If the package appears re-taped or altered, the return/refund request will be automatically rejected.

Customers must follow the official video format provided on our policy page for unboxing proof.
📌 Without a valid unboxing video as per the above rules, return/refund requests will not be accepted.
🛡 Our Verification Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will also record a full video while opening the returned parcel (showing the courier polybag/box and sticker before removing it).

Refunds will only be approved if the returned product matches the original claim and condition.

If the product is found used, missing accessories, or repackaged, the refund will be rejected.
💸 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or UPI.

Processing time: 5–7 working days after successful verification of the returned product.
📬 Return Pickup

We arrange return pickup for most pin codes.

If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship, and we will reimburse the courier charges (with valid receipt).

Used or opened personal care products

Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Products returned without unboxing video proof (or tampered packages without our sticker visible)
